Blog #3: Your Dream Job

Many of you are studying at the ALI because you want to go to CSULB or another university to study, and you might be planning on using your education to get a good job once you go home. For many people, the job that they will have in life is a good job, but it is not their dream job. For example, there was a teacher who recently left the ALI to pursue his dream of becoming a lawyer. He enjoyed teaching and working with students from around the world and loved helping them achieve their goals, but it was not his dream job. His dream was to become a lawyer because he was very interested in American law and helping people with legal problems. He was good at speaking in front of others and using facts to support his claims. Also, he would eventually be able to open his own law practice and earn a lot of money to support his family!

What about you? If you could choose any dream job, what job would you like to do? Why?

Your blogpost should be 2-3 paragraphs in length and is due by Monday, February 24 at 5:00 pm.
